Joelle,
Just wanted to let you know how Power Golf Conditioning at
Power Zone Pilates has improved my game. Enhanced flexibility
has allowed me to develop better rotation and a longer swing
while balance improvements have resulted in a more natural
weight shift. The result is longer and more accurate shots
with less effort Strength training has increased my stamina
and allowed me to perform consistently over the course of
a round. Finally, development of my core muscles has reduced
stress on my joints and back and eliminated the aches and
pains that I had become accustomed to. The bottom line is
that I feel confident over the ball - and that means better
golf and lower scores.
